So you just got engaged---now what?

Planning your wedding can be one of the most enjoyable times in your life…or it can be one of the most stressful. Here at Wedding Wonderland, our goal is to help you enjoy your wedding day, and every day leading up to it, to the fullest.

We have put together the following information to let you know what to expect when shopping for a Wedding Gown, Bridesmaids’ Gowns, Flower Girl Dresses, and Accessories.

The guidelines set forth on this page will not only hold true for Wedding Wonderland, but also for most Bridal Salons you will come in contact with. If you have any further questions about Wedding Wonderland, or your wedding in general, please do not hesitate to contact us.

WEDDING GOWNS

• 4-6 months ordering time. Rush cuts for quick weddings may be available for an additional fee.
   
• Merchandise may be purchased off the floor. Spot cleaning and repairing of beadwork may be done during the alterations process. Wedding Wonderland is not responsible for the repair of merchandise purchased off of the floor. Items purchased off the floor must be paid in full and taken on the day of purchase.
   
• 3 basic measurements are taken to insure proper fit: BUST/WAIST/HIPS.
  • THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOUR GOWN WILL FIT TO YOUR MEASUREMENTS! YOUR MEASUREMENTS WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE SIZE GOWN TO BE ORDERED! ALTERATIONS WILL BE NEEDED!
     
• 50% MINIMUM Deposit required to order.
   
• Gown must be paid in full and taken within 10 business days of its arrival at the store.
   
• When picking up gowns, you must have an appointment if you wish to try the gown on. No Saturday try-on appointments, please.
   
• By paying ½ down, you are committing to a final sale. There are NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, or EXCHANGES. All items must be paid in full and taken when they arrive.
   

BRIDESMAIDS’ GOWNS and FLOWER GIRL DRESSES

• 12 weeks minimum ordering time.
   
• Rush cuts for quick weddings may be available for an additional fee.
   
• 3 basic measurements are taken to insure proper fit: BUST/WAIST/HIPS.

• 50% Deposit required to order. Gown must be paid in full and taken or shipped within 15 business days of its arrival. Shipping to out of town or out of state bridesmaids may be done for an additional fee of $15.00.
   
• Bridesmaids Gowns are not ordered until all measurements and deposits have been received, to insure the same dye lot.
   
• By paying ½ down, you are committing to a final sale. There are NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, or EXCHANGES. All items must be paid in full and taken when they arrive.

ACCESSORIES

• Accessories carried include: veils (Malis Henderson, Westwood Collection, Allin Rae, and Custom Made), Tiaras (Malis Henderson and Topaj), and Shoes (Grace, Salon, Touch Ups, and Dyeables).
   
• Order times: Veils-12 weeks minimum; Tiaras-12 weeks minimum; Shoes-2 weeks minimum.
   
• If purchasing accessories at the time of your gown order, a 50% deposit is required, which is figured in to the total amount and deposit amount paid on your total purchase order. If purchasing accessories at a separate time or without ordering a gown from us, payment must be made in full at the time the order is placed.
   
• There are NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, or EXCHANGES. All items must be paid in full and taken when they arrive.
   
• Most shoes may be ordered in an array of fashion colors to match or compliment your gown selection. Please ask your consultant for information and color palette selection options. Custom shoe dye is no longer offered.
   
• Custom made items include veils, garters, and ring pillows, and may be made to your specifications. Items usually require 4-6 weeks working time before they may be picked up.
